Is required to manage Centronic’s project planning, to act as the customer’s primary point of contact. The applicant will be responsible for monitoring quality/technical/ schedule/cost performance, for preparing and distributing routine progress reports to senior management and customer. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate in MS Office applications, with experience of using Microsoft Project or other suitable program as a project-planning tool.
Is required to provide effective administration of the company’s Talent Management System (TMS). Ensuring data and information relating to TMS is kept up-to-date. To collate training needs and organise training, to update spread-sheets, organisation charts and Share Point Databases. To assist the Finance/HR Manager with recruiting. The role requires working closely with Departmental Managers and Supervisors, providing support as appropriate. Previous experience in an HR department is desirable but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate in MS Office applications, with accurate data entry
Is required to cover the day-to-day running of the company
switchboard/reception area, and to provide Adhoc support within the
administration team. Essential requirements are excellent
telephone/customer skills, smart appearance, a friendly and helpful
manner, computer literate, with a minimum of 2 years Office/Reception
experience. The position is on a job share basis, covering business
