The products offered by Centronic Raditec extend from a full range of standard CCD and tube cameras to complete systems with control suites and bespoke software. The products are designed to work in a variety of environments, such as underwater or at elevated temperatures, and are complemented by accessories such as lights and pan and tilt units. Derived from the UKAEA heritage of the company, Raditec’s core expertise is customising and optimising its catalogue products to meet individual end user applications. Its strength is combining the broad range of skills and experience available within the Group with tried and tested design methodologies. This enables the company to integrate its vision technology with process control equipment to meet demanding operational environments.

Centronic Groups comprehensive on site facilities include specialist welding techniques, clean room assembly and radiation testing. The Group also maintains a department of Scientists and Engineers in disciplines such as chemistry, physics, materials and Electronics as well as electro- mechanical engineering in order to support the product design and development.
