Clayton Manley will be taking up the position of Managing Director of Centronic Limited, effective from Monday 9th January 2017, reporting to Sir Colin Terry, Non-Executive Chair of the Board.
At this time, Ian Crawford will step down as CEO and cease to have an executive role within the business, although both Ian and Neil Foreman will continue to be Directors on the Board of Centronic Group Limited (the ultimate holding company of Centronic Limited).
Clayton has a BSc degree in Applied Physics from Liverpool John Moores University and an MBA from Aston University Business School.
Since 2009 Clayton has been the Managing Director of IMI Truflo Marine, a bespoke manufacturer of high integrity precision components and assemblies for critical, safety-related applications on submarines, warships and civil nuclear.
Previously Clayton has held roles as Sales & Projects Director, Contracts Manager, Project Manager and Sales Engineer.
This appointment represents a very positive development for the company, as it looks to further strengthen its management team and move forward into the next stage of its growth and development.
